A group container for women
Reclaiming feminine power together
Who this is for
Meditate. Journal. Move. Go to therapy. You have done all of it. Achieved career goals and milestones. Got external recognition.
Yet, your internal state has not shifted the way you wish it did.
Not because you haven't tried hard enough. Because you cannot think your way out of a system that has shaped your thinking.
Patriarchy is not just out there — in boardrooms, pay gaps and glass ceilings. It is the air we breathe. The value system running in the background of our ambition, our self-criticism, our definition of what counts as power, productivity, and worth. Even our imagination of an alternative is influenced by it. These imprints live in the body, in the nervous system — in the way we push through pain and call it strength, in the way we endure with awareness instead of truly feeling.
This is not a personal failure. This is what it looks like to live out of alignment with your own nature inside a system that has never made room for it.
Your desire to embrace your femininity, soften and breathe freely is there and legitimate. You would love to derive your confidence from being, instead of doing. To succeed without translating yourself into a language designed to exclude you.
You keep catching yourself dismissing your intuition, overriding your body, and calling your ambition empowerment when it might be compensation.
You are afraid that dropping into your feminine energy means losing your drive, your edge, everything you've built. You don't know how to be powerful any other way.
You have understood the pattern intellectually — the conditioning, the system, the cost. And understanding it has not been enough to leave it.
You want to know how to do things the feminine way — not as a concept, but in the actual texture of your work, your body, your daily life. And you want to figure it out together, not alone.
What this is
A space where the female body becomes your authority.
A space for women who are tired of performing, of proving, of being high achievers — and who suspect there is a different way of being powerful. Who want to find it together, practically, in their actual lives.
You already carry your own power. It was never lost. It was buried under years of performing for systems that could not hold it. This is the space where we unbury it — together, in a field that only becomes possible when women gather without the need to perform for each other.
Releasing what no longer serves happens in the presence of other bodies that are safe. In the warmth of being seen without earning it. The group field is the primary force here.
Each Monday we meet for 90 minutes. Every session follows the same rhythm: we open with a somatic practice to arrive in the body and leave the day behind. We check in — not as a report, but as a way of making the field alive. We move through that week's territory together. We close with what wants to land, and a simple ritual that carries the space forward into the week.
Between sessions, a private group channel holds us — a space to support each other when overwhelm arises, when something needs to be shared, or when the work is moving and you don't want to carry it alone.
Each woman has one private 60-minute session with Dora — booked when the moment calls for it. Individual attention at the moment when something has cracked open.
But what if softening means losing my drive — my goals, my edge, everything I've built?
This is the fear underneath the fear. And it deserves a direct answer.
Presence is not the opposite of ambition. It is the source of sustainable ambition. The kind that doesn't cost you your health, your relationships, or your sense of self along the way.
What you lose when you drop into your feminine power is not your drive. It is the exhausting performance of drive — the anxiety masquerading as motivation, the proving masquerading as purpose, the chronic effort of being someone the system will take seriously.
What remains when that falls away is not less. It is more — and it is actually yours. Your goals, your ambition, your results — rooted in alignment rather than compensation. Powered by desire rather than fear. And for the first time, genuinely sustainable.
The women who need this most are often the ones too busy to stop. This container is precisely for them.

Your guide
In 2018, I launched the first podcast in Europe featuring early-stage female founders — FemGems podcast. It grew into FemGems Club, an online feminist startup accelerator and membership community.
I was fully immersed in the entrepreneurial world — not observing it or theorizing about it. Waking at 5am full of fire, working as a team of five, and believing I was fighting for female power. I didn't realize I had quietly abandoned my own in the process.
When it collapsed, I didn't just lose my company. I lost an identity — and spent four years finding my way back to myself. The most humbling and most important passage of my life. What I discovered changed everything: living out of alignment with your own nature is not a spiritual problem. It is a physiological one. The chronic stress response, the suppressed impulses, the overridden intuition — these register in the body as inflammation, exhaustion, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. I experienced this. It is why I am here now.
I am currently training in polyvagal therapy and transformational coaching while rethinking how we can do business the female way.
I know this path from the inside. Not from a methodology. From having lived it.

What women say
"I met Dora at a time when I was struggling to find meaning, purpose, and excitement. Through her targeted questions, insightful perspectives, and simple yet powerful exercises, she helped me reconnect with my inner voice and gain clarity on who I wanted to become and the path I wanted to pursue. Thanks to her guidance, I found the courage to step away from a path that didn't align with me and start creating my own rules. Gradually, excitement began to outweigh fear, and I felt more grounded, aligned, and connected to myself."

"We were never meant to arrive at wholeness by becoming less of what we are."
